Ingredients:
- Mackrel -1/2 kg,
- Finely chopped ginger 1 spoon,
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tea spoon,
- Garlic finely chopped- 1 spoon,
- Salt to taste,
- Green chilly cut to very small pcs- 1 spoon ,
- Egg -1,
- Oil- for shallow frying.
Method:
- Clean mackrel after removing head portion.
- Cook this fish body in 1/ 2 cup of water little salt and turmeric powder.
- Allow to cool. Seperate fish from its bones.
- Now add all other ingredients except oil.
- Mix well.
- Now make tikki shapes.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and cook both side till golden brown
